Purpose: To summarize past and present medical home gouty nephropathy basis of understanding , from a clinical perspective Qi Ling gout treating gouty nephropathy , and to explore its mechanism of action, for the clinical treatment of gouty nephropathy Find Chinese medicine treatment methods . Methods: 60 cases of gouty nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group, 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients . Treated with allopurinol tablets give treatment based on , and then be treating gout Qi Ling , the control group given allopurinol tablets therapy. Observe three courses ( 12 weeks ) were observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, signs , uric acid , urine PH value, 24-hour urinary protein excretion , blood, renal function, blood lipids, xanthine oxidase , serum type IV collagen changed. Results: The total effective rate was 90 % in the control group, the total effective rate was 65.6% , the two groups had significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Treatment group in improving symptoms, reducing the 24-hour urine total protein , improve renal function , regulate blood lipids and other aspects than the control group (P lt; 0.05). Two groups could significantly lower blood uric acid levels between the two groups showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Treatment group and the control group after treatment xanthine oxidase levels were significantly lower than before treatment (P lt; 0.05). Treatment group can effectively reduce serum levels of type IV collagen , before and after treatment were significantly different (P lt; 0.05), significantly better than the control group . Conclusion: Spleen Qi Ling treating gout kidney weak , damp cloud stasis gouty nephropathy has a good effect , can effectively improve symptoms and signs ; reduced 24-hour urine total protein , regulate blood lipids improve renal function ; inhibition of xanthine oxidase activity, decreased serum levels of type IV collagen . Instructions given allopurinol tablets in the treatment and then be on the basis of Qi Ling treating gout gouty nephropathy yield better results for the clinical treatment is effective prescriptions .
