Purpose: this topic through clinical trials, using internationally recognized diagnostic criteria, curative effect evaluation standard, placebo-controlled, evaluation yiqi refreshing particles the effectiveness of treatment of vascular dementia, proof that party of vascular dementia and blood stasis syndrome has curative effect, for future clinical research and development provides a basis for new drugs.Method: refers to the United States "mental disease diagnosis standard and statistical manual" fourth edition (DSM - IV - R as PsychiatryAssociation [APA] 1994), 2002 Chinese society of neurology, formulate "vascular a diagnostic criteria draft" sexual dementia, 1993 the U.S. national institute of neurological disease and stroke and the Swiss neuroscience research international association of vascular dementia diagnostic criteria, into the 56 cases, USES computer and grouped 42 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (yiqi refreshing particles), the control group of 14 cases (placebo), observed the two groups have difference, whether the treatment effect with a statistical significance.Result: clinical efficacy analysis by cognitive function evaluation, two groups of patients, the treatment group compared with 42 cases, 69.05% significant efficiency, the total effective rate in treatment group 92.86%, 14 cases, significant efficiency, 14.00% 0.00%, with the total effective rate in treatment group than in control group that effect; Through analyzing TCM symptoms curative effect, the treatment group 84.00% significant efficiency, the total effective rate in treatment group 95.23%, 44.00% significant efficiency, the total effective rate 84.00%, two groups of comparisons have obvious difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Clinical studies showed that yiqi refreshing particles for vascular dementia and blood stasis syndrome, definite effect was better than control, improve the symptoms curative effect is outstanding, have the value of clinical use and development.
