METHODS: In this study, the research retrospective and prospective study, Changchun Traditional Chinese Medicine University Hospital in March 2005 to 2010 12 300 hospitalized patients confirm the diagnosis of hypertension; investigation through the development of clinical cases (see table), the patients clinical data collection, statistics using SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis software, hypertension TCM syndromes classified to take cluster analysis, relevant factors for hypertension TCM syndrome distribution the impact of using logistic regression analysis. Results: The survey results show that: the most common symptoms of hypertension are dizziness, fatigue, dry mouth, shortness of breath, cyanotic lips, headache, five upset hot, backache, insomnia, soft knee, head, such as wrap etc.; most common Tongue dark tongue, tongue petechia or ecchymosis big fat tongue, moss thin or moss less greasy moss, the venae coarse tortuous base of the tongue; most common pulse: pulse string, slippery pulse, thready pulse. Common TCM syndromes of hypertension: Qi and Yin, phlegm and blood stasis; liver and kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis; hyperactivity; anger Kang Sheng; yin and yang. Risk stratification of age, duration of disease, smoking, alcohol consumption, blood pressure and coronary heart disease, diabetes, cerebrovascular disease, blood lipid abnormalities were hypertension TCM Syndrome Distribution certain impact. Conclusion: With the growth of the age and the duration of hypertension TCM syndrome gradually from the real to the imaginary, and smoking, drinking, dangerous classification of blood pressure and coronary heart disease, diabetes, cerebrovascular disease, dyslipidemia are high blood pressure disease syndrome distribution has a certain effect. Tip in the treatment of hypertension, control of blood pressure at the same time, also stressed the control of risk factors for hypertension, pay attention to the protection of the target organ, which is consistent with the idea of ??the overall concept and the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The study also revealed that the TCM Syndromes of some patients with hypertension, in which blood stasis and phlegm in hypertension development process is important syndrome factors can not be ignored, Phlegm volts network is important pathogenic mechanism of hypertension . The results of this study can help to better guide clinical to grasp good syndromes conversion law, according to different patients, and to develop a reasonable treatment options, prevention and treatment of hypertension has important significance.
