Abstract


The reform of the medical system had many problems facing the country . Government regulatory measures in the medical supply levels , one dedicated to control the prices of medical services , and is committed to ensuring the fairness of the medical supplies . In this paper, the practice of health care reform in China since the mid - 1980s , the need for regulation of the government in the health care market , regulatory measures and their effectiveness , further research on this basis that the Government should be in the medical services provided responsibilities , and our country 's health care reform recommendations . Medical services market in China in the continuous process included in the scope of the market economic system , the regulatory functions of the government is not in place , the lack of a sound system of government regulation and market mechanisms complement medical service price regulation , there are many problems , resulting in the behavior of the medical service providers the occurrence of a certain degree of distortion , the rapid rise in health care costs and social burdens and personal burden , seriously affected the medical services in a fair, efficient , and can and sexual , \This paper the use of micro-economics , regulatory economics and health economics of the main theories , combined with our medical service price regulation system of the current situation and problems , focusing on the price of medical services and price structure regulation system , as well as affecting the medical service price regulation effect of factors such as conduct theoretical analysis ; building able to reflect our medical services market status quo of the measurement of the economic model , the use of EVIEWS software analysis of our medical service price regulation reform in controlling medical costs growth , improved regulatory effect of the corresponding recommendations on the basis of empirical analysis . Medical service price regulation system for the topics , combined with the characteristics of medical service market , exploring the establishment of medical service price regulation system of the theory and methods to motivate medical service providers to control health care costs , improve efficiency , medical service price regulation reform and provide ideas not only has important practical significance , but also contribute to enrich and develop the contents of the regulation economics , has a strong theoretical significance .
