Abstract


Released on April 6, 2009 , the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the medical and health system Opinions \This review is for the goal of health care reform in the next three years , China has given a clear confirmation . Followed by the launch of eight measures of the health care reform and the guidance of the health care reform proposed specific measures of health care reform . The reform of the medical system is bound to the medical services industry in China have a profound impact . The medical service industry is a special industry , the existence of information asymmetry , and the phenomenon of market failure in the medical services market . The doctors in the medical services industry , both providers of medical services at the same time determine the demand for medical services . Masses in the context of Chinese medicine and industry , the prices of medical services become difficult to see a doctor , the doctor of your main reason .
