Abstract


Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out: "whether a society is harmonious, a country is long-term stability, it depends largely on the ideological and moral qualities of all society members. If there is no common ideals ,beliefs and no good moral example, it is impossible to achieve social harmony."Contemporary China is the primary stage of socialism in long-term, social structure and social life have been profounding new changes. Economic, political, and cultural behavior and concept are permeating mutually.The original moral rationality called into question, ethical significantly delayed in the construction of the socialist market economy, the new moral confusion are emerging. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Party, the state of the country’s moral is healthy and is in line with the historical trend of progress and development, but we can not ignore that there are many phenomena of anomie in the area of my life under market economy conditions, such as , the reduction of social moral level, the expansion of utilitarianism and hedonism thought and the further weakening of the control over public opinion. In a word, the original ideological moral system has been badly hit and challenged. The situation of moral faced by our country is indeed serious such as the loss of moral belief, the social credit crisis, the dislocation of moral evaluation and the prevalence of "unspoken rules" etc.. Even in some areas, the immoral phenomena is becoming worse and worse and hinding the socio-economic development and improved.This article has been absorbing some of the attention of academic results. On the basis of the analysis of the moral anomie and the market economy relations, the author explored the reasons for the moral anomie, the loss of moral governance measures, and improved the idea of moral system suited to the requirements of the times according to the alienation of the principle of market economy, the widening gap between rich and poor, the lack of effective supply system, the legal system and conflict of multiple values and moral education lag, etc.
