Abstract

In this context, many college students inevitably there will be varying degrees of test anxiety. The emergence of test anxiety harm in many ways. The light affects the normal play of the college students' exam, resulting in the decline in test scores. Serious cases will make students feel anxiety, fear the exam, learning a lack of confidence, and the day-to-day learning inattention affect normal thinking, even temporary oblivion exam. Over time, test anxiety will increase, so that a handful of college students halo field appears even make some kind of excesses Linkao before. Serious impact on the students' psychological and physiological health. Medical students as one of the special groups of college students, and its curriculum, learning burden and pressure of learning, is highly competitive. Therefore, we need to do some meaningful research on college students' test anxiety, and for college students to provide effective self-adjustment method. This article aims to analyze the distribution of test anxiety of college students with regularity. The subjective academic stress and gender for the formation of impact of test anxiety, provide empirical reference for all colleges and universities to carry out targeted mental health education to alleviate test anxiety. The study to take random cluster sampling method from Chengde Medical College Clinical undergraduate psychology undergraduate, Western clinical medicine undergraduate three professional select a valid test 600. Famous clinical psychologist Professor Irwin G. Sarason been completed 1978 Test Anxiety Scale (TAS), the subjective academic burden Scale, Achievement Motivation Scale, three scales for measuring tools. Explore the relationship between the survey of college students 'test anxiety, the subjective academic burden on college students' test anxiety, and achievement motivation and test anxiety to identify students Test Anxiety regularity last three. The results show that: 1. College students academic stress and test anxiety between the presence of significant correlation. 2 there is significant correlation between the positive factors and test anxiety of college students' achievement motivation. 3 between the negative factors of college students' achievement motivation and test anxiety significantly correlated. Gender does not exist between test anxiety, achievement motivation, academic stress significantly difference. 5 different professions there are significant differences between test anxiety, achievement motivation, academic stress. Between different grades on test anxiety significant difference.
