Abstract


Endometriosis ( referred to as endometriosis ) is one of the gynecological disease , invasive , widely planted characteristics recur , and malignant tumors is very similar , mostly occurs in women of childbearing age . In recent years , showed an increasing trend in the incidence of endometriosis . Western medicine treatment of this disease look forward to therapy , drug therapy , surgical therapy , and drug and surgery combined therapy , drug therapy has been upgraded to the GnRH-a class surgical approach retention and radical surgery on the reproductive function , can be used laparotomy or laparoscopic surgery. Various surgical treatment can effectively alleviate the recent symptoms , but after a higher recurrence rate according to the severity of , and thus explore effective treatment to control the recurrence of gynecological profession is a major issue . Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine Zi yin yang side combined circulation drugs combined with GnRH-a clinical study of EMS conservative recurrence impact . 60 cases of EMS conservative treatment of postoperative patients clinical follow-up , according to the patient's postoperative medication , divided into Chinese Medicines Zi Yin yang combined Huayu therapy , western medicine group with GnRH-a treatment , using the combined group of Chinese and Western medicine Chinese medicine the Canwest drug combination therapy to improve the situation , clinical studies of patients with postoperative recurrence and dysmenorrhea , infertility . Results of the combined group of Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention of EMS of postoperative recurrence is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group ; improve dysmenorrhea and infertility , a significant effect of the combined group of Chinese and Western medicine and Chinese medicine group , and significantly better than western medicine group ; Chinese and Western medicine combined group GnRH-a time shorter than western medicine group , can reduce the cost of patient care , and to mitigate the economic burden ; three groups were significantly lower the CA125 indicators of efficacy ; combined group of Chinese and Western medicine can significantly reduce the side effects of Western medicine , better patient compliance ; through observation and statistics of cases of the general situation of recurrent cases without recurrence , this study shows that : EMS recurrence and postoperative CA125, is closely related to the degree of pelvic lesions r-AFS stage , age, preoperative history of pregnancy may relapse a protective factor . Conclusion AIDS the yin yang square merger circulation drugs in combination with GnRH-a can reduce the the EMS patients recurrence rate , the active joint program of Chinese and Western medicine prevention EMS after surgery , to reduce and delay the EMS of recurrence has good application prospects .
