Abstract


Object:With the supersonic technical application in the clinical anaesthesia’s process,to discuss the influence that the different anaesthesia indubton medicine and the tracheal intubationt to the endothe- lium-dependent dilation through clinical angleMethods:To choice 100 examles which is general anesthesia patients,we survey corresponding target: aroud the vein fast induction and the tracheal intubation:BP、HR、SPO2 and Endothelium-dependent dilationResults:Endothelium-dependent dilation reduces afer the tracheal intubation,which they have the significance difference, (P<0.01), EDD and the hazard factor are closely related; the blood pressure and the heart rate are lower than the tracheal intubation obviously after the intravenous anesthesia induction, which they have the significance difference, (P<0.01);the change of the hazard factor group for exaple EDD、BP、HR is fiercer more the non-hazard factor group.Conclusion:the changes of the endothelium-dependent dilation is obviously around the anaesthesia induction,we are possible to appraise the patient blood stream dynamics the situation through making the artery bast function the inspection Before the anaesthesia
