Abstract

[Objective] To compare cross- section through biomechanical testing segment pedicle screw fixation with three vertebrae six pedicle screw fixation fixed thoracolumbar fractures biomechanical effects . 【Method】 cadavers 8 thoracolumbar (T11-L3), remove the soft tissue outside the intervertebral discs , ligaments , facet joint capsule . Progressively impact of the target vertebral drilling combined Panjabi proposed to cause fracture model at the L1 segments , to use the denture powder embedding T11 and L3 vertebral body . Were divided into normal control (no fracture without internal fixation ) group , L1 fracture without internal fixation group , inter - segment pedicle screw fixation group , three vertebrae six pedicle screw fixation group . Apply ND-500 reverse experimental machine and computer controlled electronic universal testing machine specimens flexion , extension , lateral bending and rotating six -faceted range of motion test , the resulting data for statistical analysis , comparing the differences among the groups . Results range of motion , stiffness values ??] inter - segment pedicle screw fixation group six with three vertebral pedicle screw fixation group differences were statistically significant ( p lt; 0.01 ) . 2 kinds of screws ( 6 nail fixed nailing ) could improve spine fracture instability to stability ; nailing ways in terms of stability and the normal control group showed no statistical significance ( p gt ; 0.05 ); 6 nailing ( fracture of vertebral fixed ) the instability of the spine to the strengthening of the stability degree higher than nailing forms ( P lt; 0.01 ) . [Conclusion] biomechanical testing proved that three vertebrae and six pedicle screw fixation in thoracolumbar fractures the injured vertebral pedicle screw fixation significantly strengthen the stability of the spine , and three vertebrae six pedicle screw sik into reset fixed on the technical operations is feasible and effective .
