Abstract


Objective: To seek a more comprehensive Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment of slow transit constipation program to improve the cure rate of the disease in order to better guide clinical . Methods : Screening of typical cases , the implementation of the treatment program , first through diet, exercise , behavior therapy , colon hydrotherapy adjustment bowel habits , then TCM syndrome oral medicine , acupuncture and catgut implantation treatment if conservative treatment fails , feasible surgical treatment . Also observe the clinical efficacy . The result : the formation of a set of standardized , scientific cure slow transit constipation treatment programs . Conclusion: The program is the treatment of slow transit constipation have significant effect .
