Objective: This study to use flavored Xiaofengsan treatment hot and humid type of eczema in order to observe the the flavored Xiaofengsan treatment of damp-heat eczema efficacy and recurrence rate . Methods: The study raised a total of 60 patients to the hot and humid type of eczema , nurses will be a computer-generated random numbers to the subjects met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group ( n = 33 ) and control group ( n = 27 ) , the exclusion criteria , the final statistics a total of 53 cases of data ( the treatment group, 31 cases : control group, n = 22) , two groups of patients in terms of age , gender and duration of the difference was not significant ( P > 0.05 ) ; The treatment group was treated flavored Xiaofengsan , water simmer in water , a daily , morning and evening ; the control group was treated with hydrochloric West cetirizine tablets , 10 mg per night , in both groups , as the case with topical skullcap ointment or dermatitis lotion , for a course of two weeks , the two groups of patients the lesion area and severity , degree of itching and itching score after two courses of treatment were statistically analyzed . Results: (1 ) EASI score in the two groups of patients before and after treatment , the degree of itching and itching scores after treatment were significantly better than before treatment , all P < 0.01 ; EASI score ( 2 ) two groups of patients , pruritus and itching score in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group , P < 0.01 ; ( 3 ) recurrence rate of the two groups , the treatment group than the control group , but the difference was not statistically significant ( P = 1.00 ) . Conclusion : Modified Xiaofeng powder in treating hot and humid type of eczema was significantly better than West hydrochloride cetirizine patients EASI rating , itching and itching of rating was significantly better than hydrochloric acid cetirizine group , and 3 months after the relapse rate was significantly lower than hydrochloric West cetirizine group , flavored Xiaofeng bulk can be used as effective treatment for clinical treatment of damp-heat eczema .
