Chinese vocal, which were traditional treasures of Chinese art, absorbing the essence of Bel Canto, are developing and changing in respect for the scientific vocal based on sound rule. While maintaining our national language, ethnic style, the principle of national spirit, Chinese vocal were in a scientific innovation. Chinese Vocal has become a multi-cultural resources in the world with its own unique style and artistic value.China is a vast country of multi-ethnic, multi-language, and rich languages create a colorful ethnic culture. In many folk songs in China, Shandong folk songs are one of the unique cultural treasures.Shandong folk songs with features of simple, pure and honest, tough, rough, witty and funny have merged into a vast ocean with cohesive national cultural heritage and strength. In this paper, distribution, spread and evolution of Shandong folk songs were simple analyzed and inquired. And combined with the scientific development of Chinese vocal, singing, performance, art handling techniques, style, flavor and other characteristics of Shandong folk songs were elaborated, expressing and reflecting scientific, national, artistic modern methods of the Shandong vocal.
