Abstract


Japan 's famous children's literature publishing experts Mr. Matsui straight , pointed out : \With the improvement of people 's material and cultural level , parents pay more attention to the physical and mental development of children is also increasing demand for children 's picture books , the illustrations is widely used in all kinds of children's books , become a child growing up in good partners . This article is to start from the concept of the picture book , the details of today 's children's books appellation clear introduction and classification system . Part of the status quo of contemporary children's illustrations reviewed the course of development of our country and the international children's illustrations , do market research and personally to the children 's book market , will collect first-hand information classified and summarized . Speaking of children's illustration creative part , from the importance of the creation of children's illustration , children 's psychological and physiological characteristics about creativity , combined with the picture book instance examples of the creation of children 's book illustrations from the interesting color performance , rhythm .
