Abstract


National culture is that each nation in the long-term life and production process, constantly extracted labor crystallization , but also ethnic areas of curriculum development has the material advantage. In ethnic minority areas, how to develop the use of national culture curriculum resources, promote national Children's Science and healthy development , become an urgent problem to be solved . This study selected Tianzhu County , Gansu Province , Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and other nine times, Tibetan kindergarten teachers as the research object , using questionnaires , interviews , documents and other research methods , the Northwest Nationalities kindergarten curriculum resources development and utilization of national culture status of the investigation , it is desirable for the development of national culture curriculum resources made ??valuable suggestions . Study found that most kindergartens have been carried out the development and utilization of national culture , mainly for national languages ??and a small part of the contents of the adoption of national culture , national language through nursery curriculum and teachers to implement the curriculum penetration . The study also found that national culture curriculum resource development following problems: national culture curriculum resources are mostly idle ; teachers lack comprehensive knowledge of curriculum resource development and capacity ; lack of national culture curriculum resource development to support the external environment , management systems support is not enough, parents, social participation is insufficient. I believe that the reason is that the above problems , ignoring the national culture curriculum resources for promoting early childhood development ; lack of teacher training curriculum resources for national culture ; did not form ethnic cultural curriculum resource development system concept . And for its problems , the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures : 1 , change concepts, efficient development and utilization of local curriculum resources 2, to strengthen the training of kindergarten teachers to enhance their Kindergarten curriculum integration awareness and capacity utilization 3, strengthen multi-party exchanges, broad access to social support
