Abstract


The development and utilization of curriculum resources in the history isbeing paid special attention during the curriculum reform of elementary education.The history subject is unique, which makes it have a large amount of resources. Itis significant to develop and utilize the curriculum resources in the history so as tomake the history teaching in schools proceed smoothly.The local resource in the history curriculum is an important part of the historycurriculum resources. It is reasonable to develop and utilize the local resourcesreasonably in the history curriculum, which is based on the requests of the newcurriculum reform and middle school students’ characteristics.Jinan is a city which has rich history curriculum resources. The developmentand utilization of it could not only arouse the awareness of people’s to theimportance of the local resources in the history curriculum but also enrich themethods in teaching history. It could promote the successful reform in the historycourse and help the exploitation and utilization of school-based courses andtextbooks on local history and geography. In this thesis, taking Jinan as an example,the author elaborates relatively the problem of developing and making use of thelocal resources in the history curriculum in middle school. Hopefully, the thesiswould set an example for developing and making use of the local resources in thehistory curriculum in other areas, making relative departments pay more attentionto the historic relics so that they could do more for the local tourism.To the exclusion of the preface and the conclusion, there are five sections inthe thesis. In the preface, the article gives a brief introduction to the status ofmiddle school local history teaching, indicates the purpose of the study and pointsout the significance of the current research at home and abroad.In the first section, the author mainly elaborates the concept of the curriculumresources, the history curriculum resources and the local resources in the historycurriculum.In the second section, the author elaborates the importance of developing and making use of the local resources in the history curriculum. The author makes it indifferent aspects: developing and making use of the local resources in the historycurriculum helps to the improvement of teaching approach. Meanwhile, it couldmake students be interested in history, which is conducive to the cultivation ofpassion for the hometown and the homeland. It could promote the successfulreform in the history course and help the exploitation and utilization ofschool-based courses and textbooks on local history and geography.In the third section, the author introduces the six types of the local resourcesin the history curriculum in Jinan, that is, the text resources, the object resources,the oral resources, the human resources and the numeral electronic resources etc.In the forth section, the author elaborates the present situation of the localresources in the history curriculum in Jinan area by investigation and discusses themain problem in the process of developing and making use of the local resourcesin the history curriculum. Then the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the fifth section, the author elaborates emphatically the basic principles andforms of developing and making use of the local resources in the historycurriculum. This section includes two main parts: the basic principles and forms ofdeveloping and making use of the local resources in the history curriculum. Theformer refers to economic applicability principles, scientific arrangement,thoughtful and planning principles. The latter analyses and make the introductionfrom the in-class teaching time, researching studies, extra-curriculum activities tointer-disciplinary integration.
