Abstract


In recent years, mobile communication technology has been an unprecedented rapid development of mobile phone users appeared explosive growth . People using mobile phones at any time and any place access to the Internet has generated strong interest, and it has become the common aspiration of many people . It can be predicted , then, the use of voice technology to access the Internet via mobile phone will become a very popular tool. VoiceXML ( Voice Extensible Markup Language ) is based on XML ( Extensible Markup Language ) markup language of the Internet , which can be used to develop interactive voice applications. Through interactive voice applications , users can access the Internet via telephone on the content, rather than through the computer keyboard and monitor to interact with the application . By studying voice VoiceXML and related technologies and to improve the system performance of a VoiceXML voice to VoiceXML standard design and develop a library belonging voice application service model system. The system is available to users through the use of natural speech ( or key ) query information and apply some common business. In addition, because the system uses text to speech conversion technology directly from the system's response convert text into speech , which has excellent dynamic and interactive. VoiceXML-based voice service system library for traditional library provides innovative service channels , so that readers can access the library by phone Web contents of the database , thus greatly expanding the scope of application libraries and service capabilities .
