Abstract


This paper describes the research background and significance of the self-mixing interference velocimetry , Velocity Interferometry technology Research self-mixing at home and abroad , in order to establish and improve the self-mixing interference velocimetry system for the purpose of depth , extensive theoretical and experimental research .
