Abstract

The 21st century is the century of greater openness, economic globalization and regional economic development group of the world's two trends in each country and region can not be developed in isolation, worldwide economic and trade cooperation has become the common development of the world economy an important factor. ROK narrow strip of water, cultural similarities, are inextricably linked since ancient times. China and South Korea established diplomatic ties in 1992, bilateral relations have developed rapidly in the political, economic, cultural, diplomatic relations were established good economic and trade cooperation is unprecedented. Since the economic and trade cooperation Heilongjiang and Korea since the economic and trade cooperation developed rapidly. Ten years, Heilongjiang Province, with its inherent genetic, geographical and resource advantages, and steadily push forward economic and trade cooperation with South Korea following the world economic development has become an inevitable trend. However, trade in Heilongjiang Province and South Korea is still in the shallow stage of cooperation, with the Shandong Peninsula and other developed areas, the gap is very obvious. There is no doubt that with South Korea economic and trade cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and the rapid development of Heilongjiang Province and South Korea economic and trade cooperation will have a better future. In this context, this paper discusses trade cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and South Korea situation, problems and countermeasures. Paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. Brief background and significance of this study and the main research content. The second part is theoretical support. This paper describes the theoretical basis of: First trade theory, namely Heilongjiang Province and South Korea trade cooperation theoretical basis; Second, the international investment theory, namely Korea Investment and Development Trend of Heilongjiang Province reference theory. The third part is the trade and economic cooperation with South Korea in Heilongjiang macroeconomic environment and the basic conditions for the analysis, the analysis below Heilongjiang and South Korea economic and trade cooperation basis in reality. From economic globalization and regional integration and economic cooperation in Northeast Asia and other macro-environment, the analysis of the Heilongjiang cooperation with South Korea in the external environment. Micro-environment, Heilongjiang Province, has geographical advantages, resources, popularity advantages, personnel and other favorable conditions, which is to promote economic and trade exchanges with South Korea Heilongjiang positive factors.
