Abstract


Industry cluster has an irreplaceable position and role in regional economic development, China's regional economic development has become an important form of industrial organization and the carrier. Luohe City, Henan Province, based on the wealth of local agricultural resources, aimed at the food industry is a sunrise industry, the implementation of the development strategy of industrial clusters, promote local economic development. Luohe food industry cluster is the object of study, emphasizing the theoretical exploration and empirical analysis of organic combination of research and literature studies, the combination of qualitative and quantitative studies, using a combination of literature survey, questionnaire method, statistical method and comparative research methods to define the concept and characteristics of the food industry cluster analysis Luohe food industry cluster development status, the main characteristics and the main problems, combined with the actual proposed to speed up the development of Luohe food industry cluster; same time, from the cluster bud The incentives leading enterprises, the government effectively promote other aspects to investigate the mechanism of Luohe food industry cluster development, provide important inspiration for the central agricultural producing areas in China to accelerate regional economic development. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The second chapter focuses on the basic theory of industrial clusters, defined the concept and the characteristics of the food industry cluster. The third chapter from the scale of the industry, the main features of the three aspects of the role of regional economic analysis overview of the development of Luohe food industry cluster. Chapter IV, Chapters V and VI is the focus of this article, the paper's concluding point of view is mostly concentrated in the three chapters. Chapter as a guide to the theory of industrial clusters, combined with the actual development of Luohe food industry cluster, from selecting the right development direction, cultivate leading enterprises, focus on technological innovation, the implementation of brand, extend the industrial chain, guide industry gathered to create the development environment, the seven aspects of a comprehensive detailed analysis of Luohe food industry cluster bud incentives, the important role of the government and leading enterprises in the cluster development, reveals the mechanism of Luohe food industry cluster development. The fifth chapter analyzes the main problems of Luohe food industry cluster.
