Abstract


Pu songling is a famous novelist of Qing dynasty.His works Liao Zhai Zhi Yi is one of the outstanding"strange stories"in the history of Chinese literature.In the novel,he reproduce nature through the way of fantasy and characterize many different ghost images as lively and vivid,which show a eco-relationship about human being and nature.Under the influence of Chinese traditional culture,Pu songling achieve the freely spiritual pursuit of Taoist by the way of Confucian in the novel.Therefore,using the modern Eco-criticism theory,analysis the development of Eco-aesthetic ideals in Liao Zhai Zhi Yi from the three perspectives of natural ecology,social ecology and spiritual ecology.That is from the unreal nature habitat to the spiritual ecological living of Confucian and Taoist.Because of the relationship between human and ghosts,people realize the importance of human relations.At last,human and object achieve the ideal realm of harmony.
