Abstract


Questions has been one of the most commonly used strategy in the classroom teaching , and also the most influential teaching art ( Taba , 1984) . In the English reading teaching process , teachers understand the students understand and grasp the extent of the discourse by asking questions . Good questioning strategies conducive to the improvement of students' reading skills and good reading habit . But still relatively small high school English reading questioning strategies . Therefore, a high school English reading questioning strategies as the starting point , the survey analyzed three high school English teachers on the same discourse the use of classroom questioning strategies , the number and type of the three teachers questioning and classroom teachers ' classroom questioning discourse questions in class time , teacher feedback , candidate A five compared to inquire about the current classroom questioning Strategies Cangnan high school English teacher read the use of the status quo , differences , and on this basis the high school English classroom effective questioning strategy. Classroom recording and transcribing , classroom observations , interviews and questionnaires , the study concluded that : (1) higher frequency of teachers ' classroom questioning . Based on the above findings , the study from the problem of design strategy , questioning strategies , control strategies , feedback strategy in four areas of the specific recommendations of the high school English reading teacher questioning strategies .
