Abstract


The purpose of this study is to explore the working novice foreign language teacher training model. This study adopts a case study approach to study two novice high school English teachers to the school of Xiamen City, Fujian Province, X, through a participatory culture, classroom observation, structured interviews, investigation and evaluation sheet, case studies to collect data. The main purpose: This study attempts to practices on the basis of the theoretical analysis through design, implementation practices, professional development assessment study object to verify the theory and explore real novice foreign language teachers training mode to help new teachers in the beginning of the entry as soon as possible to grow the awareness and ability to obtain independent professional growth, basic competence of the teaching work, in order to reduce the significant losses of serving new teachers teaching mistakes brought to students. The research tools include: classroom observation records, interviews, surveys, evaluation forms, case reflect on teaching summarize, instructional design, teaching diary, teacher professional development evaluation form. The main method of data analysis qualitative analysis, supplemented by analysis methods. This study investigated three questions: First, how personalized teacher training to promote the professional development of teachers autonomy?, How to help new teachers in professional growth in the beginning of the entry process, detours, fast growth is a qualified professional teachers? Third, effective new teacher training model is what? findings were as follows: First, the study of the theory of the system during employment is the basis and prerequisite for the professional development of new teachers. Write case reflection effectively develop the awareness and capability of the new teachers' reflection on action, so they learned to learn \Third, examples of the same title to observe and Comment on the growth of new teachers is very effective, the accumulation of teaching experience and theory, due to the lack of new teachers understand there are still some difficulties for the acceptance of a theory and teaching strategies, the author found in the study by to observe and evaluate and analyze examples of the same title, they can quickly understand the truth, and be well applied to their practice. Feedback evaluation play a very important role in the new teachers' professional growth process, the author in the course of the study, the feedback link runs through the new teacher training process for the training of the object to provide the the teaching beliefs correction and corrective teaching behavior played an effective role in promoting the development of their teaching skills. Five original case feedback \practice to the theory of cycle training mode to help new teachers rapid growth. The effectiveness of the professional development of teachers, verify \Teachers 'proactive attitude and desire to pursue their own professional development is a prerequisite for teachers' professional development. External theoretical training through practical experience to the training object is accepted, the center of gravity of the Teacher Training on cultivating awareness and ability to independently develop their own professional skills.
