Abstract


In the context of the change of the new curriculum , new curriculum standards put forward new ideas . The teachers not only usher in a change in the concept of education , learning professional knowledge , professional development opportunities , but also ushered in the severe challenges brought about by the new curriculum for teachers . With the expansion of the secondary school teachers , accounted for a considerable proportion of new teachers . How to train a large number of qualified teachers in the short term , rapid development and improve the young teachers professional , this is a very pressing issue . The key events to promote the professional development of teachers is a favorable way to solve this problem . \produce different effects on teachers and their professional development . \The key event is the content and the basis of teaching reflection , reflection is to ordinary events sublimation for the mirror the identification of the key events and filter , the two are mutually reinforcing , complementary relationship . In this paper, data obtained through questionnaires and interviews , and in accordance with the data obtained on the key events of the secondary school teachers , reflection , and professional development of teachers , as well as the relationship between the analysis and research , combined with secondary education status teacher growth law to seek an effective way to shorten the cycle of professional growth of teachers : through the creation , analysis , and use of the key events in the day-to-day teaching practice to promote the professional growth of teachers , to shorten new teachers in the theory and practice of Proficient and growth from novice to cycle , growth acceleration conscious change the natural state of the professional growth of teachers as a regulation .
