Abstract


Tangible resources of China 's education is relatively poor , with a small amount of teaching and research staff to drive a large number of front-line teachers to carry out teaching and research work is to improve teaching basic quality important way . Basic education as the core of the new curriculum reform put forward new requirements for the professionalism of the junior high school language teachers disciplinary teaching and research mechanisms lag to some extent, restricted the junior high school language teachers' professional development , hindering further the quality of teaching junior high school language improved. Strive to teaching and research - led training, training to promote the teaching and research , and to explore the Institute one new model , the development of new areas of teaching and research work , to provide the basis for action to improve the quality of learning and research . At the same time , through the effective work of the Language Institute , to help junior high school language teachers from the philosophy, knowledge and skills to adapt to the development of education to change the requirements .
