Abstract

The presence of medical kickbacks lead to one of the main reasons to hold down prices . Hospital leadership who can receive medical rebate for medicine or medical equipment procurement process in judicial practice of taking bribes to be held criminally responsible , it unanimously prescription the right to receive medical rebates for the physician 's behavior , however , how to punish , yet controversial. And existing laws and regulations on the Regulation of the health care rebate deficiencies to cause the medical the rebates phenomenon wanton rampant . This paper analyzes the the medical rebates behavior situation , qualitative analysis of the causes and hazards, the existence of kickbacks behavior , and Analysis of the regulatory status quo of the existing laws and regulations on the rebate behavior , and concludes with suggestions for improvement . This article main is divided into four parts: first , the the medical rebates behavior exist situations due to its harm .
