Abstract


The study is scheduled entitled \This study draws on research at home and abroad , combined with the actual work of preschool teachers to collect early childhood teachers ' professional identity characteristics of typical behavior , self professional identity questionnaire for preschool teachers and teacher turnover tendencies and teacher job satisfaction scale research tools , kindergarten teachers from the different nature of Lianyungang City study to examine the status quo and the difference of their professional identity , and the depth of preschool teachers professional identity , the relationship between the job satisfaction of their turnover intention and its three . The results showed that : ( 1 ) self Early Childhood Teachers' Professional Identity Questionnaire has good reliability and validity ; (2) the level of professional identity of the child care teachers and each dimension factor scores were higher ; ( 3 ) Kindergarten teachers identity in the different groups of the population learning variables (age, seniority , job title , wage levels , kindergarten nature , whether served as administrative duties , marital status , career motivations , wages satisfaction degrees ) on the presence significantly with differences , and \There was no difference in class size three . (4) child care teachers in vocational identity , job satisfaction and teachers leaving tendency of the relationship between research results found that : ① The teachers ' occupational identity and teachers' work satisfaction degree with a significant positive correlation ; teachers vocational agree with teachers leaving tendency has significantly negative related to sex . 2 Teachers 'Professional Identity and teachers leaving tend to have a significant causality ; Teachers' Job Satisfaction significant causal teacher turnover intention . The ③ Teachers Professional Identity and teachers job satisfaction interact to jointly affect teacher turnover intention ; impact of teacher professional identity of teacher turnover intention . ( 4 ) Teachers' Professional Identity in the job satisfaction of teachers and teacher turnover intention relationship has a regulating effect which: Suppose A: satisfaction under the premise of a high degree of professional identity of teachers teachers turnover intention ; assumption B : satisfaction under the premise of the low level of teachers ' professional identity of teachers leaving tendency high .
