Abstract


The psychological contract as the scope of the study of organizational behavior , was introduced in 1960 , the field of management . The researchers used the concept in order to emphasize that there are still implicit , informal , unpublished described mutual expectations and understanding the relationship between employees and organizations , in addition to the formal economic contract provisions . With the economic changes in the 1980s , and corporate changes , the psychological contract again attracted academic attention and lively discussion . Of the introduction and use of the concept of the psychological contract began in the 1990s , from the existing research , domestic research mainly in the field of theoretical research , and more from the the unidirectional perspective for profit organizations conduct research , empirical research as well as for other the relative lack of organization of the study of the nature of the non-profit line . The college is an important base for teaching and educating , the teacher-student relationship is the basic educational process , the most important relationship . Harmony and stability of the teacher-student relationship is like a catalyst , it can promote teacher seriously teaching students positive . Introduced the concept of the psychological contract to college , not only conducive to the basic teaching of the school , but also provides a new way of thinking for the university management workers is insufficient to improve the teaching management system based on focus on maintaining its own characteristics and advantages . Declining Learning Atmosphere in today's society , the relationship between teachers and students , great changes in this new situation , how to take advantage of the psychological contract to analyze the problem and reverse the situation, it has become particularly important . In this paper, on the basis of the research group preliminary studies on the difference between the re- definition of the psychological contract , and other related concepts . Several basic problems of the psychological contract research and put forward their own point of view . Psychological contract to develop a two-way perspective measurement scale , empirical analysis of the use of single-factor analysis of variance on the three different levels of university teachers and students the similarities and differences of the content of the psychological contract , on this basis , further proposed the new concept of the degree of commitment of the psychological contract and psychological contract commitments degree level and whether the level of college -level has an associated degree of analysis . Intends to use for university administrators to teachers and students psychological contract to promote the improvement of the quality of teaching , to provide a new idea .
