Abstract


The key point of leisure life is: life is a kind of elegant leisure state of "becoming a whole person " and the main existing space for a person’s personal and social development .Leisure is not only looking for fun, but also looking for the meaning of life. Our pursuit of leisure is to watch and listen to the world in a "quiet" state. we can be engaged in our work wholeheartedly, and devote ourselves to the rich leisure life likewisely. The opposition of the taste in people’s life with the seriousness and the holiness of education is obviously wrong. In fact, they are two sides of a coin and they mutually support, warm and moist each other. All the teachers’ leisure life enlightens education, whose rich experience of life itselt is an inexhaustible source and living teaching material. Teachers’ all useful leisure life is the intellectual background of study .The more abundant it is, the easier it is to learn. Without them inspiration of education, teachers, rich life experience is an endless, bottomless. Teachers, without rich background of life , even the "professionals" can not go very far.Full-text consists of four parts:This article first describes some of the major topics of reason, of the process and method, and "leisure" ,"life" , "leisure life" , "professional development" and other key concepts are explained.The second part makes a simple interpretation of the relationshipbased on the "Teacher’s leisure life" questionnaire on the "leisure life" and "Teacher Professional Development": :leisure and professional life is closely linked .The growth of teachers,is not only a professional person’s maturity and development, but also a person’s maturity and development , the continuous development and improvement of individual life as a teacher, but also the quality improving of life and life extension of space as teachers .The third part presentes the case of a special-grade teacher. The main aim is to make the "silent majority" of the ordinary teacher realize that the " wisdom comes out of leisure " .we should properly find leisure space in our mind to reflect as witness as spectators, surmount the weary life and concern for their own inner world, enhance the meaning and quality of lives as teachers.PartⅣis a summary of this study. Based on rational thinking of leisure, the author tries to analyze several characteristics of leisure on the lead value of professional growth of teachers, and explore the wisdom of leisure. Of course, such an important and complex issue requires us to do more in-depth, systematic study.
