Abstract


In recent years , as China 's new round of basic education curriculum reform in full swing , reflective teaching research and reflective teacher development has become an issue of great concern in the majority of teachers and professional development . Reflection of teachers can not do without the guidance of the correct way of thinking . In order to encourage teachers to reflective consciousness and awareness of innovation , the school launched a school-based training activities . In the school-based training , teachers can own teaching experiences and ideas with other teachers with the exchange and sharing . Teachers use brainstorming , depth talks with different ideas and methods of exchange , knowledge sharing and flexible collision in the collective mind , constantly updated teaching philosophy , adjust teaching methods to improve the quality of education and teaching . Pudong New Area in order to improve the level of teacher training , the author , the creation of a new system and method of inter-school training , explore expanded in-depth reflective training . Reflective training requirements impetus to constantly reflect the philosophy of training , training design, training status and training effect as an object for reflection , and requested a the reflective thinker moment examine the state is in an \solve problems , constantly updated training philosophy , change the training mode , adopt effective strategies and methods to improve training effectiveness . In order to explore the application of theory in practice , this paper discusses the reflective training in interscholastic disciplinary teaching Commonwealth case studies , designed for the majority of teachers in the school-based training , and give full play to the interaction of personal reflection and collective reflection , to improve school-based the effectiveness of the training to provide reference . The study pointed out that intercollegiate subject teaching joint school-based training , teaching show teachers reflect on interactive teaching training activities , teaching seminars for teachers ' reflective teaching methods to develop a program of activities and the use of collective thinking and reflect on each other role to establish a program of research projects , which make better use of the collective wisdom and strength to reach a consensus , creative inspiration , embarked on new ideas and perspectives to promote reflection , collective thinking , to improve the teacher 's ability to reflect , to promote teacher professional development.
