Abstract


Labor is the most basic human practice activities to safeguard the realization of the right to work , not only closely related to the vital interests of each worker , but also directly affect the stability of the entire social order and the increase of social wealth . Countries in the realization of the right of labor has not shirk its responsibility , but the strength of the country also has its limitations , there is a need to encourage other social subjects become the main responsibility of the labor rights . Selected study entry point in this article is from the point of view of the corporate social responsibility practice , to study the problem of labor realization of the right to explore the role of business in the realization of the right of labor to guarantee the realization of the right of labor to promote corporate social responsibility . Starting from the basic theory of labor rights retrospective generated development background and generate conditions , and obligations of the Sai rights to explore and the point of view of human rights , labor rights , labor rights set forth in theory achieve enterprise needs . Then explain the theory of corporate social responsibility , from the point of view of economics and the reality demonstrated the value of labor rights , the introduction of labor rights protection mechanisms and forms of analysis of the lack of labor rights in China the status quo . Based on the realization from the point of view of corporate social responsibility to protect labor rights , introduction of corporate social responsibility on labor rights protection mechanism of action , and put forward three suggestions .
