Abstract

As a representative of the modern high-tech Internet technology is a double-edged sword , either convenient for the public to provide access to a variety of information channels , and will also bring a series of negative effects . Libel is a wrongful act defend made ??the fact that the destruction of the personality and reputation of others . Libel experienced Internet technology , it is the inevitable emergence of a new type of network libel , and it along with the extensive use of Internet technology and gradually spread to every corner of the network touched .
