Abstract


Teachers need learning and development need to be developed through the establishment of a Learning Community . Combined with the high-speed development of network technology WEB2.0 the wind is already covered in the teachers ' daily work and life . The teachers have their own minds and hearts of writing a space , a new way of learning and communication , have a professional development initiative . Yes , by WEB2.0 can be very convenient, quick build (Build) a learning community , how to cultivate (Cultivate) is actually more difficult , many teachers online learning community members to participate in the initial stage , but no one cares. The author based in the local community , choose a greater impact on the Teacher Network Learning Community : ' domestic [ Suzhou education blog Learning Development Community ' as a case by extraction analysis unit in some cases , through the use of content analysis and network analysis , etc. variety of research methods to analyze the case , summed up the impact of the online learning community of teachers nurture key factors , and proposed solutions and strategies to address these critical factors .
