Abstract


Rural Married Women is part of China 's rural women , is a special group . In recent years, interest in the land of the Married Women 's repeated violations, has become affecting rural stability , an important factor in the safety of agricultural production . Married Women 's interest in land protection in the theory and practice are needed to further explore and improve . Against women's interests in land phenomenon occurred , mainly due to the absence of legal remedies and traditional rural culture of gender discrimination . The deep - rooted awareness of gender discrimination , and women 's legal awareness , awareness of the rights of the weak let the Wai Jianv land Infringement become the norm .
