This paper main job is to design a test database management and exam system and implementation. This system USES the Struts Hibernate Spring technology, using simple B/S structure, SQL2000 application background database function, realize the online test and examination management. Its service object for classroom teachers and students. System's main functions: the teacher can access management, test paper library topic and questions, manual or automatic generating test paper, summary the class scores, browse items, modify personal information. Students can access to browse papers, online exam, view their grades, modify personal information, etc. The administrator has all permissions. This system compared with the paper exam usually has the following advantages: the generated test paper are group volume randomness, topic consistency, the topic quantity equality, rationality, covering a comprehensive structure, repetition of otherness and assessment is scientific. Significantly reducing teacher workload. System has been tested, the results show that this system does have more advantages, and in line with the future development of information-based education, very practical.
