Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid economic development in China, residents’ income and savings continued to increase, in the past year of 2008, the total number of national private capital more than 10 trillion Yuan. Excessive amount of private capital and total savings, insufficient of savings and investment transformation, which serious impact on optimize the allocation of resources and our economic order. How to promote the private capital capitalization and the healthy development of private finance has become a particularly urgent task which of economic and social development need.First of all, these thesis bases on the results of theoretical research on investment and consumption between domestic and abroad summarize the relationship among the theories. Utilize the measures of comparative analysis and statistical measurement, which not only analyze the relevant theory of private capital capitalization, but also systematic dissertate the situation of private capital capitalization. Especially research on the excessive amount of private capital and total savings, insufficient of savings and investment transformation which in China. With comparing the domestic and foreign private capital culture, the concept differences in the area of the private capital, conclude the difference and the regulation between domestic and foreign private capital capitalization. Discuss the useful experience which in the field of private capital capitalization. Secondly, research the subjective and the objective environment that impact on private capital, analyze the factors that impact on capitalization. Finally, based on the survey data establish a logistic regression model to analyze the factors that impact on the investor’s behavior which from the investor’s behavior questionnaire. Analyze the influence factors which effect the investors such as income, occupation, risk attitude when they choosing investment products. The purpose of this thesis is that provides several recommendations for China’s private capital capitalization from government and institutions.
