Abstract


Private equity (PE) investment worldwide is the rapid development and expansion of Asia , especially China, has become the focus of the PE investment area . In recent years , the development of China 's PE investment very quickly , but due to a variety of reasons , the development of China 's PE market is still in the early stages of the start , in the various aspects of market maturity , institutional mechanism and mode of development , China 's PE industry development there are many obstacles and doubts and controversy . PE investment in the United States and Europe for nearly a hundred years of history , but the first since the true sense of the PE investment in 2004 , the research literature on China 's PE market is small and not yet formed a system of academic research is far behind PE practice development . PE investment made ??a systematic introduction to the comprehensive analysis , mainly from the practical level of domestic PE investment made ??more informative study . The article first details the basic concepts of PE investment , PE institutions classification and organization of the modus operandi .
