Abstract


Shock concerned from the economic crisis in southeast Asia, the current subprime crisis escalated, global stock market slump, inflation worries, the top five investment Banks or collapse by acquisition or restructuring, industry profits decline of characterization announced a sweeping the global financial crisis as a scourge of the surge. This article as a source, according to the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the study of virtual economic and financial crisis, the in-depth analysis of the inner link, in the viewpoint of the unsteady characteristic of virtual economy the inherent law of international capital flows, and found that the international capital flow is the important reason for the modern financial crisis occur frequently, and with the corresponding asset prices and the changes of international trade. This article elaborated the idea in three parts: first of all, this article summarizes the contemporary scenes of previous financial crises, and sum up the contemporary financial crisis and the relationship between virtual economy and virtual economy of operation characteristics. Secondly the unsteady characteristics of the virtual economy has made the detailed introduction. Respectively describes the native content and characteristics of financial assets and derivative financial assets, discusses the inherent characteristics of the virtual economy system, namely its asset pricing deviation and positive feedbacks. Finally, through the chaos model discusses forming mechanism of financial crisis, and to comment on the situation of China.
