From the beginning of asymmetric information of e-commerce consumers' right to know infringement, to the present transaction security, fair trade, return rights, and even damage claims, it can be said that e-commerce consumer interests experienced from general tort to the full range of The infringer stage. These problems not only cause damage to the interests of e-commerce consumers, and seriously hampered the development of the e-commerce industry, has become one of the bottlenecks of the development of electronic commerce, the ability to ensure that the e-commerce consumer interests against infringement related to e-commerce the healthy development of the industry. The first chapter define the concept of e-commerce and e-commerce consumers referred to herein, and comparative analysis of the traditional consumer e-commerce consumer interests. Chapter II infringement of China's e-commerce consumers' interests in the status quo. This article analyzes, respectively, from the five aspects of the right to information, the right to security, the right to fair trade, return rights and claims, including the right to know and the right to security of the key analytical content. Third chapter analyzes the foreign e-commerce consumer protection regulation, and regulatory analysis, in order to facilitate comparison and China, to provide useful lessons to improve the construction of China's e-commerce consumer protection system. Chapter IV on the basis of analysis of the many problems that exist in the consumption of China's e-commerce and learn from foreign practices to improve China's e-commerce consumer protection system advice, to provide consumer protection in China's e-commerce reference.
