Abstract


In recent years, China's coastal tourism to maintain stable growth, the 2008 coastal tourism revenue close to 1.1486 trillion yuan, and the prospect of development of coastal tourism. At the same time, China's coastal tourism destinations facing the challenges of the coastal tourism destinations in the world, compared with those of the world's coastal tourism and, in terms of the development concept, functional level or system organizational forms, as well as the overall marketing strategy, China's coastal tourism purposes There is no advantage. Therefore, how to improve the attractiveness of the coastal tourism destinations in China, provide customer needs tourism products, so as to enhance the competitiveness of China's coastal destination to become a practical problem in front of us. Since the 1990s, the Customer Perceived Value has become a common focus of marketing scholars and corporate managers. Faced with the increasingly fierce market competition, creating superior value for customers has become a modern enterprise to build the core competitiveness, a new source of sustainable competitive advantage. Realistic background of market development status of China's coastal tourism, customer perceived value as the starting point, empirical study of coastal tourist destination of tourists perceived value of influencing factors. In this paper, 29 affect coastal tourism tourists perceived value factors, consult with expert advice on law, assumptions made and validated questionnaire and SPSS statistical methods, Guangxi Beihai Silver Beach Marina tourist destination, for example an empirical study of these influencing factors . Studies the conclusion of the five areas: 1) coastal tourism tourists perceive the value of influencing factors consists of seven major categories of factor 28; 2) tourists subjective factors on the perceived value of a significant difference in impact factor evaluation analysis: tourists subjective factors such as gender , past travel experience of tourists value perception of the impact of factors evaluation does not exist significant differences, while visitors ages, income levels by educational degree of travel motivation subjective factors to tourists perceived value impact factor in the evaluation of the existence of significant forward difference; 3) the impact relationship: the quality the factors perceived value with customers as well as tourists subsequent behavior perception perception of the value of a positive correlation with the tourists, price perception factors perceived value of a negative correlation with tourists; 4) factors Sort: greatest impact on the perceived value of the tourists factor is the natural environment, the value of influencing factors, followed by the value of coastal tourism resources influencing factors, the value of the human environment influencing factors influencing factors, service value, the hospitality product value and cognitive costs affect factors; 5) Beihai Silver Beach tourists perceived value of Factors Affecting the status quo Rating: perceived value factors affect the Beihai Silver Beach visitors IPA analysis of 28 well eight indicators; 4 influencing factors, tourists not have high expectations for them Beihai Silver Beach in the aspects performed well; 12 indicators tourists emphasis on general performance of the North Sea is also general influencing factors; 4 most influencing factors that need improvement. Expect the results of this study provide a favorable basis, to maintain a healthy and sustainable development of coastal tourism destination development and marketing to provide a reference for the North Sea such coastal tourist destination visitor management and marketing.
