Abstract


Global economic integration, the market environment , customer demand is increasingly showing uncertainty , diversity and dynamic nature , and have begun to request at any time , from any location , at the lowest price and the fastest speed to obtain a product or service . Production and distribution system plays a vital role as an important part of the supply chain . Therefore, how to develop optimal production - distribution plans will be the focus of this study . This paper focuses on the production and distribution costs as the center of production and distribution systems in the supply chain management system dynamic , specific research contents are as follows : first , through the systematic analysis and supply chain management , production and distribution system Research Review , system simulation results of two techniques . System analysis , the operating time is always as a quantitative appear , do not reflect the realities of the lack of dynamic system simulation just to make up for this shortcoming good , then put forward the main contents of this paper , the application of systems analysis and system simulation mixed study the production and distribution system . Secondly, the supply chain and supply chain management concept is elaborated advantage of the characteristics of the distribution system and supply chain management , production distribution system , followed by production in the traditional mode system modeling and system simulation related concepts and theory. Again, according to the principle and characteristics of system modeling , assuming certain conditions , set variables , in order to establish a decision-making model of supply chain production and distribution system analysis of the solution and related applications process . Finally , for the problems of the supply chain of production and distribution system analysis decision model , this paper further their research, proposed joint method of system analysis and system simulation . Through the establishment of a multi- product , multi-period and multi- distributor production and distribution model , the joint method of its application system analysis and system simulation , optimal production and distribution plans . And analyzed through the comparison of the data of the simulation model , draw distribution system are the main factors that affect the entire production and distribution planning .
