Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , the Chinese market is no longer isolated , more and more foreign enterprises to join the market competition in China . China 's private enterprises not only have to face competition from state-owned enterprises , as well as the face of strong competition of foreign competitors . In the automation industry in China , the status quo is dominated by foreign enterprises , local minority businesses are growing , many SMEs still groping in the difficult growth . Of long-term understanding of the behavior of small and medium enterprises in this industry , there are a lot of deficiencies found in these business processes which : some enterprises lack the correct business objectives , the inception of the company , there is no clear definition of the target market , there is no accurate market positioning ; some companies simply do not attach importance to corporate management , so that the company functions unclear , the responsibility can not be implemented , the problem is difficult to pursue ; although some companies have a relatively clear division of functions , but the various functions the ability to work between departments either uneven or poor coordination capacity , seriously affecting the efficiency of the company's operations . The main purpose of this paper is to study the small and medium enterprises which in the actual operation of the process , how to be fully prepared to address deficiencies in the marketing channels to improve internal management , improve channel efficiency , expand the market for the company , to expand the scale of operation . Also hope that through this study , can cause a number of small and medium enterprises in particular, is facing a scale expansion of enterprises attach importance to the problem of marketing channels . In the fierce market competition , the ability to have a healthy , stable marketing channels is to decide a key factor in the success of the Company .
