Abstract


Of modern enterprise management communication is the heart and soul of the enterprise . One of the key to the success of an enterprise is to see whether it has a good communication mechanism , whether they have internal , external ability to communicate effectively . LT Group of Companies customers to communicate the status quo background , starting from the point of view of the management of communication , through a range of market research questionnaire , after summarize , dig out the typical problems in communication , and in-depth analysis of the reasons for communication disorders . Communication process as a standardized template for the design, the perspective of front - line staff , by combining the the LT company's mainstream business promotion and circulation of internal work orders , designed a standard set of internal and external communication control process system , thus in-depth exploration of the basic strategy of the Group's customers , internal communication and external communication .
