Abstract


Road passenger transport industry is the most widely used service for economic and social development and people's travel industry , plays a fundamental role in the integrated transport system . With the continued development of the national economy and people's living standard continues to improve , the demand for road transport has undergone a change of the turning point , from the requirements of the \development the direction proposed a strategic shift in requirements . Thus, intensive management , large-scale development has become the main orientation of this stage of road passenger transport industry development strategy . The implementation of network management is the road passenger transport companies as business entities of the passenger market to achieve the optimal way of strategic orientation of road passenger transport industry . Network management of key technologies to its achieved by building a road passenger transport network and economic attributes of the network system is the dominant road passenger transport enterprises generally accepted in the passenger transport industry and to promote the rapid development toward the strategic orientation . Of road passenger transport industry characteristics analysis of in-depth understanding of network management , we concluded : China 's road passenger transport enterprises to implement network management is necessary and feasible . In passenger transport enterprises have to explore the practice new network management technology , but also there are some problems . This article is on the point of view of a road passenger transport enterprises to build the business model of the enterprise network . To the adoption of a research and build mode to avoid the problem exists . Corporate strategy , and the government should create the environment for the development of road passenger transport enterprises should focus on in the course of business in the network . Passenger transport enterprise can better implement networked business model, and really enjoy the benefits of network management to the enterprise .
