Abstract


New century automotive industry development from the relative monopoly to the relative freedom of competition , and the dealer 's sales model become 4S distribution model , this paper investigates what SHDZ Automobile Co., Ltd. and distributors in this mode for optimal effectiveness . In this paper, the principal-agent theory , and game theory , marketing , transaction costs , efficiency , division of labor, diminishing marginal concepts and methods of analysis SHDZ Co., Ltd. in the marketing , how to manage 4S dealer . By their own cost-benefit analysis of SHDZ Motor Co., Ltd. and distributors ( the product of the strong , the balance of power and weak market ) companies and distributors in different markets state constraints of each other's choices : the choice must be the result of the strength of the two sides match . The possibility of further analysis of the profits and costs of the respective companies and distributors , on game theory companies and distributors for long-term cooperation , the constraints grow together , reveals companies and distributors continue to cooperate : the dealer 's results were in line with the examination results of the company , while the company's offerings to meet the expectations of the dealers . After coordination between dealers competing by analyzing the company further explained throughout the competition in the market through the evaluation, motivation and training dealers , thereby maintaining the rental value of the company and the dealer system . Study shows China's auto industry , the level of the management level of the 4S dealers in possession of the proportion of market competition to win great blue ocean but also competition .
