Abstract


Organic food is organic agricultural production systems , although only just a few decades , but it soon became internationally respected food consumption mainstream international trade as a commodity . Although organic food in China started late , but with the improvement of living standards and the change in consumer attitudes , Chinese consumers also an urgent requirement to provide pollution-free and high-quality food , and health and safety , taste good green food , organic food in Vietnam and more popular. However , the share of organic food consumption in China is much lower than the world average. The main reason is that China 's domestic food are still used in ordinary food channel strategy , not a targeted study of channel strategies suitable for organic food , organic food production and demand serious disjunction . Organic food marketing channel mode lag is becoming a major bottleneck restricting the development of the organic food industry . In this study, for example, from the perspective of the organic food production enterprises , Wuhan combined the Wuhan market organic food marketing environment and the development status of organic food marketing channels to build , performance evaluation , and mode selection . Wuhan organic food marketing channels restricts the development and improvement in efficiency of the organic food industry , from the micro level to evaluate the existing channel model , to explore ways to enhance the organic food marketing channels to promote the marketing and development of the organic food . Data combined with the organic food industry in Wuhan , this paper presents the marketing theory into the Wuhan organic food marketing channels to create service-oriented consumers to buy convenience and marketing channels to maximize the benefits of the combination . Presented this stage Wuhan organic food marketing channels should be multi-directional direct model based cooperativization the industrial channel mode support for the development of . Solve the problem The Wuhan production of organic food at this stage to be out of touch and unable to achieve large-scale development .
