Abstract


In the context of information technology and the knowledge economy era , corporate human resources has become a key factor determining the success or failure of the enterprise competition , performance appraisal is one of the most useful tool in the management of human resources technology . Study how to create a practical performance appraisal system for the development of the industry and the current reform and restructuring of state-owned enterprises , has important theoretical reference value ; bigger and stronger target further on the basis of survival of Qinhuangdao Shouqin Metal Materials Co. , Ltd. achieve , also has a very important practical significance , the reference value in the design of the performance appraisal system and other state-owned enterprises . First, we clarify the understanding of the basic theory of performance, performance appraisal , mainly on the analysis of the performance appraisal research status at home and abroad as well as the principle of performance appraisal , process , purpose , role , and summarize the existing performance appraisal and now some mainstream approach to performance appraisal . Second article Shouqin performance appraisal system for the study through a questionnaire survey to investigate its status quo , and the analytic hierarchy process and gray evaluation model for the remodeling of the performance appraisal system Shouqin , draw on current the overall evaluation of the assessment of the status quo ; advantage of this method of performance evaluation not only gives the the evaluation object between the pros and cons of Sort , and can effectively judge the gap between employee performance and ideal performance , better fit the basic requirements of the performance appraisal . Finally , on the basis of system analysis , re- design Shouqin company personnel performance appraisal embodiment , and illustrate the main points of the implementation of the program .
