Abstract


Into the adjustment phase due to the impact of the financial tsunami , the shipbuilding industry , but with the recovery of the shipping industry , the shipbuilding market in the future must be more and more intense , to achieve the strategic goal to become the world's largest shipbuilding country in 2015 , the need to modernize the business concept , change management methods . Modern shipbuilding mode requires a state-of-the-art management theory - supply chain management . The shipbuilding production planning is one of the main contents of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers , in accordance with the requirements of the modern shipbuilding mode proposed the shipbuilding supplier partners options , modern shipbuilding mode is discussed in the main content of the production plan and the information content of Shipbuilding Engineering , will supply chain management theory and shipbuilding production plan these two important theoretical content to integrate research, proposed shipbuilding project system based on the theory of supply chain management . Firstly, an overview of the supply chain of modern shipbuilding mode analysis of the shipbuilding industry Shipyard for core enterprise supply chain management model in Japan and South Korea shipbuilding enterprise production and business processes . To improve the management level of China 's shipbuilding industry has theoretical and practical significance .
