Abstract


With the global economic integration and the information age, competition among enterprises become increasingly fierce. The competition among enterprises is mainly reflected the competition for talent, human resources development of enterprises has been a decisive role in the process of the key factors, how to establish a scientific and rational system of performance appraisal in order to optimize human resources has become urgent and pressing need to address business issues of one.Machine Co., Ltd.
