Abstract


The specific analysis of administrative planning , trust the protection of the status quo proposed trust protection principles should be established in China 's administrative planning , the applicable trust protection situation in China 's administrative planning , applicable elements as well as the relative by what means to realize their reliance interests and other issues combined with the case of the theoretical and empirical analysis , and targeted to put forward their views and suggestions , this article is divided into the following sections: in the preface , the law as the basis of this study , the administrative planning the properties of a simple introduction to analysis . The first part discusses our administrative planning , trust protection principles should be established from the discretion of the administrative planning and variability characteristics of administrative planning related legislation and the implementation of the status quo established the theoretical basis of the trust protection principles as well as our administrative planning , administrative planning established norms of trust protection principles basis argumentation come to trust protection principles should be established in China 's administrative planning .
